Project Description and Mission Statement

Wright On Time Youth and Family Services became a 501 © 3 Non-profit Corporation on August 7, 1998. Our purpose is to Prepare Youth and Family members for Life. Life Costs! All too often people don’t know what that cost is or how to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to earn the economic resources, which could enable them to live the lifestyle they desire. Further, families are plagued with social problems including, but not limited to Child Abuse, Domestic Violence, Teen Pregnancy, Educational Deficits, Ineffective Parenting Skills and Illiteracy. Wright On Time through Covered California can enroll individuals and families in to affordable healthcare.

Linda D. Wright-Lee has written a comprehensive curriculum in the book, OOPS!!! I’m A Parent. No One Told Me It Would Be Hard Work!, to help clients become more effective parents and cope with the ravages of Domestic Violence and develop appropriate coping and prevention skills. Our plan is to create safe havens for children.

Mrs. Wright-Lee is a retired Social Worker who spent over 20 years investigating Child Abuse for the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. She earned a Master Degree in Counseling Psychology; a BS is Social Work and a BA in Behavioral Science and Certified Mediator.

Our staff will include independent contractors and volunteers who have the skills necessary to meet the needs of our client population. Our service area will include, but is not limited to the western portion of the Inland Empire.  Our office is conveniently located in the Pomona/Inland Empire.

Make a Difference Today

Wright On Time Youth and Family Services depends largely on linking and networking with local businesses, civic organizations, schools and individual donations, volunteers and leaders. Our volunteer Board of Directors is made up of business people, educators and community based organization personnel. We seek the assistance of social service agencies and churches that provide services to those in need within the community.

We look forward to providing services to the individuals and families you refer to us. Ultimately, we hope to provide both teen parents and adults more effective training so that they can raise their children in safe, secure and nurturing ways.
